What is included in a revision?
Three consolidated rounds of changes within the agreed brief. Each round is one complete feedback list; bundles share three rounds across the batch. Our errors are corrected free and do not count. New directions or deliverables are quoted separately.
What do extra revisions cost?
$5 per additional reel round, $15 per content-bundle round, $15 per brand-identity round, or $25 per website round. These cover changes within the agreed brief. You approve the price before extra work begins.
Can I see a sample first?
We can share concept examples. A short personalized, watermarked preview may be available for a suitable project using assets you authorize us to use. Full projects are paid.
How do booking and payment work?
Start by messaging or emailing us. We confirm your brief, deliverables, availability, and price before sending payment instructions. Online checkout is being prepared. Your production slot is confirmed only after payment is verified and required assets are received.
Are sales final?
All sales are final for change-of-mind cancellations, except where required by law. Three revision rounds are included. We correct our errors free; if we cannot deliver the agreed services, we refund the undelivered portion. This does not limit applicable legal rights.
Can I use the videos on different platforms?
Reels are delivered as vertical MP4 files for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Additional formats are scoped separately. Music and other third-party assets must be licensed for the intended use.
Is there a subscription?
No. These are one-time packages with no automatic renewal. Website domain, hosting, maintenance, paid assets, and advanced features are priced separately.
